Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: When an order is placed, we do our best to provide an estimated number of business days to deliver your order.  However, this is not a guarantee as the third parties we rely on to deliver your order can sometimes encounter unforeseen issues that may result in delays in delivery.  If you really need to have an order delivered by a specific date, please contact us by email: info@FitekGear.com.  We will do our best to get it to you when you need it.

Local Pickup
If you're on Vancouver Island it might be possible for you to pickup your order.  Please send us an email prior to placing your order so we can see if we can make it work.  Email us at:

International Shipping
We can ship internationally.  Please contact us by email if you live outside of the USA or Canada.  Email us at:

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Issues
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, contact us at
info@FitekGear.com,  and we’ll help sort it out. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order — we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
